Wine without the use of artificial chemical fertilisers, pesticides, fungicides and herbicides.  Grapes have heartier skins, higher concentrations of good stuff like anthcyanins, antioxidants, polyphenols and resveratrol, which means organic is good for the soil, the plant and for you as well. During fermentation no additives (colouring agents, flavouring agents, oak chips, powdered tannins, etc. often found in cheap wine) were used.
