Closerie des Bories 2015

Produced by renowned winemaker Nicolas Thienpont of the famous Château Puygueraud, Château Le Pin, Château Pavie Macquin, and Vieux-Château-Certan, this bottle from Closerie des Bories is made of 100% Merlot and aged in French oak barrels for 12 months before additional aging in the bottle.

Full bodied and rich with pure blackcurrant fruit, silky tannins, with hints of spiced milk chocolate, the finish is long and ends with a touch of pepper.  

Pair with local delights duck rice, briyani, nasi lemak or medium rare steaks and other dark meats for a delightful meal.
